We are looking for highly experienced Senior Data/Information Managers for an exciting assignment focused on transforming traditional Data Management into AI-ready Data Management. Develop and implement Data Governance frameworks, standards, and ways of working. Drive Data Quality, Master Data Management (MDM), and Metadata Management. Develop and govern enterprise data models, information models, and business glossaries. Establish semantic models and context layers to support data reuse, analytics, and AI. Bridge the gap between strategic objectives and practical implementation. Collaborate with business, IT, architecture, data, and AI teams. Coach stakeholders and support organizational adoption of new practices. Requirements:

Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in a relevant field. At least 7 years of experience in Data Management, Information Management, or Data Governance. At least 5 years of experience supporting or leading enterprise-level Data Management transformation. Experience with enterprise data modelling, semantic modelling, taxonomies, ontologies, or business glossaries. Understanding of AI-ready data requirements and data needs for advanced analytics.
