About the position

We at Perido are now looking for a Technical Property Manager to join our client's team, an exciting and forward-thinking company in the automotive industry. You have a technical understanding of property operations and enjoy taking responsibility for ensuring that facilities function efficiently. You are comfortable coordinating contractors and suppliers, following up on projects and budgets, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. With strong communication and organizational skills, you build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, while continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes and facility operations. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical property management

Relevant education within Real Estate, Facility Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or similar disciplines

Strong technical understanding of building systems, maintenance management, and facility operations

Knowledge of project management methodologies and applicable regulatory requirements

Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and respond effectively to operational disruptions and emergencies

A valid Category B driver's licence

Proficiency in written and spoken Swedish and English

Advantageous:

Experience with SAP/SRM

Contract type and hours
