Envirotainer provides temperature-controlled container leasing solutions for the transportation of temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products. As part of the Customer Service team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support and helping deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the entire shipment process. You will manage customer cases while ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction. As customer support is available 24/7, you will work two weekend shifts per month (00:00–12:00 or 12:00–00:00) with on-call duty. You may also occasionally work during global public holidays. Your monthly schedule will vary, with a minimum of four paid hours per shift. More details will be provided during the recruitment process. Introduction for the role will be held after summer, daytime on site.
