This is not a reporting role. As Interim Business Controller, you will be embedded in the business as a true co-pilot – present when decisions are made, pricing them before they are taken, and ensuring that financial consequence is never an afterthought. You will own the fully-loaded cost model, deliver reliable cost-per-unit visibility and maintain honest, forward-looking forecasts. You will sit in the plant, the S&OP meeting and the leadership room, partnering each director on their cost drivers and challenging business cases on evidence. Your focus is not what happened last month – it is what happens tomorrow, and what it will cost. You will be the single source of financial truth for the business unit, and your figures will feed directly into group consolidation, board reporting and external stakeholders. This is an interim assignment with the possibility of a permanent placement for the right person. Qualifications and Experience

You are a commercially sharp and analytically driven finance professional who is equally at home on the production floor as in a budget review. You communicate financial complexity with clarity, challenge with confidence and build trust across the organisation. You are forward-thinking by nature – you see patterns before they become problems and you guide rather than just report. Meritorious:

Experience from contract manufacturing, life science or specialty chemicals

Familiarity with S&OP processes and operational planning forums

Experience supporting pricing decisions, margin modelling or make-or-buy analysis

Swedish language skills
