Leading the design engineering team entails directing project management from concept to internal customer handover, and ensuring high-quality, consistent outputs on time and within budget. In addition, you will ensure alignment of design with business goals and become a specialist in holistic HIP system behaviour. You report to Head of Engineering, HIP Europe. Implementing structure & best practices in design functional management

Define & select appropriate design tool sets, and embed standards/guidelines

Ensure design data is correctly configuration controlled & managed using PLM principles

Managing projects, setting priorities, and ensuring work aligns with timelines, budgets and product performance expectations. Some travel is required depending on business needs. Ready to Apply?
