Nordic Investin has been engaged by a partner company to find a Senior Project Manager Business Transformation. You can turn an ambitious transformation into decisions, dependencies and work that survives contact with daily operations. You will create the delivery structure, align senior stakeholders and ensure that benefits are owned beyond the formal project timeline. Projects are judged by operational outcomes, benefit ownership and the quality of decisions made along the way. Governance should create clarity and momentum while making risk visible early enough for meaningful action. Escalation should bring options and consequences, not only a problem statement. As a senior colleague, you will own substantial outcomes and help others make stronger decisions. You are expected to recognise risk early, communicate it without drama and move work forward with practical alternatives. Build an integrated plan across business workstreams. Clarify scope, governance, milestones and decision rights. Manage dependencies, risks, issues and executive reporting. Operating model or shared service transformation. Formal project or programme certification. Experience in an international matrix organisation. A background that can succeed here
