Coordinate daily site activities and production teams. Define construction methods and work planning together with management and design teams. Optimize workforce, materials and equipment to meet cost, time, quality, safety and environmental targets. Prepare, communicate and follow up roadmaps for Team Leaders. Monitor workforce reports and production progress. Lead production teams with the support of Team Leaders. Support practical on-the-job training for site workers. Provide safety briefings and training at workstations. Prepare control sheets and non-conformity reports when required. Ensure health, safety and environmental rules are followed on site. Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, civil engineering or site supervision is required. Ability to plan work, follow production targets and coordinate resources. Ability to work with management, design offices and site teams.
