This role is critical in driving project execution, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between business goals and PLM capabilities. within the transformation program at HVDC, from initiation through closure. Identify and engage key stakeholders across engineering, product management, IT, manufacturing, and business functions. Drive and facilitate cross-functional workshops, and milestone reviews. Ensure the business value delivery through project execution along with change management & training. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets in alignment with program goals. Track and manage project risks, actions, issues, and decisions. Your background

Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, or Business. Proven experience in project management, preferably in PLM-related projects. Proficient in business analysis techniques and stakeholder management. Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Swedish language proficiency is a plus. More about us
