We’re looking for an experienced R&D Calibration Leader to join us, part of Horse Powertrain, and lead projects within Controls, Diagnostics, and Powertrain development. 📍 Location: Gothenburg, Sweden

📅 Assignment: 19 October 2026 – 19 October 2027

🔧 About the Role

As a Calibration Leader, you’ll take ownership of projects ranging from a few months to approximately one year. Your primary focus will be on planning, prioritization, coordination, and project follow-up, while leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful delivery to both internal and external customers. Required:

Proven experience in project leadership

Experience in powertrain development

Preferred:

Experience with powertrain software development

Understanding of powertrain attributes, emissions, and OBD
