You will work hands-on with our tech stack, building automations, improving data quality, and implementing practical AI solutions that create real business impact. About the job

As a Revenue Operations Specialist at Telavox, you will focus on improving how our Go-to-Market teams work by eliminating manual tasks, optimizing processes, and enabling smarter ways of working through automation and AI. You will collaborate closely with commercial teams and our CRM Product Owner to ensure our systems and workflows support growth, efficiency, and an outstanding customer experience. About you

You are a hands-on and curious person who enjoys turning complexity into simple, scalable solutions. You love exploring new tools, testing ideas, and continuously improving the way work gets done. You are equally comfortable working with systems and people, understanding that the most valuable automations are the ones that teams actually adopt and benefit from. We are looking for someone with:

1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or similar commercial support roles, with a good understanding of commercial processes within Sales and Customer Success

Experience working with CRM and automation platforms, preferably HubSpot, and an interest in building efficient and scalable workflows

Practical experience with AI tools, integrations, or low/no-code platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make

A strong interest in data-driven work, process automation, and finding smarter ways to improve how teams operate

A structured and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to simplify complex tasks and turn challenges into practical solutions

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and understand the needs of various stakeholders

Curiosity and eagerness to continuously learn about automation, AI, and integrations
