Hykmann Global Business Solutions AB is looking for an experienced Technical Property Manager to support facility operations and property management for a long-term consulting assignment in Gothenburg. 📍 Location: Gothenburg, Sweden

🏢 Work Mode: On-site (100%)

📅 Expected Assignment Period: 26 October 2026 – 26 October 2027

💼 Experience Required: 3–5 years

🌐 Languages: Swedish and English

🔹 About the Role

We are seeking a technically skilled and proactive professional to manage property operations, building systems, maintenance activities, and facility-related projects. Conduct facility inspections and safety rounds to ensure compliance, functionality, and operational readiness. Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, renovations, and facility upgrades. Manage minor facility projects, office adaptations, relocations, and workplace improvements. Prepare and monitor project scopes, schedules, budgets, resources, and delivery milestones. Coordinate external contractors and service providers across construction, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, and other facility services. Monitor supplier performance, service quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) activities, audits, and compliance routines. Manage workplace standards, cleaning plans, facility administration, office services, and parking allocation. Analyse property-related investments, improvement opportunities, and cost-benefit scenarios. 🔹 Required Qualifications & Skills

3–5 years of experience in technical property management or facility management. Relevant education in Real Estate, Facility Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of project management practices and applicable regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to manage multiple activities and respond effectively to operational disruptions. Valid Category B driving licence. Experience with SAP/SRM is an advantage. 🔹 What We’re Looking For
