We are now looking for a Business R&D Team Leader to join our Control & Protection Design Organization. In this role, you will take on a key position combining technical leadership and people management, with accountability for design ownership, technical quality, and long-term capability development within R&D. You will lead a cross-functional team covering hardware, software, optical and mechanical engineering, ensuring strong technical direction and high product quality across the full lifecycle. This role is central to strengthening our R&D capabilities and supporting continued growth in a global, matrix organization.
