We are looking for a business-driven Logistics Manager in Smedjebacken with overall responsibility for the flow from supplier, via 3PL (third-party logistics/external warehouse), to internal handling and delivery. You will lead the logistics function and be responsible for collaboration with external logistics partners, as well as optimizing inbound flows before goods receiving. Be responsible for 3PL and external warehouse flows, securing effective collaboration with logistics partners and consistent performance against agreed targets. Ensure efficient flow to goods receiving by maintaining a stable inbound process and proactively addressing potential bottlenecks. Optimize costs and delivery precision by continuously balancing efficiency improvements with high service levels and reliable delivery performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and KPIs by following up on performance metrics and implementing structured improvement activities.
