Your primary focus will be attracting new sellers and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships. This involves strategies like door-to-door outreach, following up on housing ads, and engaging with "for sale" listings on platforms such as Idealista and Fotocasa. Additionally, building a strong local network will be key to your success in sourcing properties and ensuring Svensk Fast remains the top choice for home buyers and sellers. Responsibilities Include:

Proactively identifying potential sellers through various outreach methods. Building and maintaining a solid network within the local community. Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and provide outstanding service. Engaging with online listings and platforms to discover new opportunities. We provide our team with the tools, training, and support needed to excel. From coaching to essential equipment like a mobile phone, computer, and company vehicle, we ensure you have everything required to succeed in your role. About You We’re looking for an ambitious, outgoing individual who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments.
