We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team in Gothenburg and help plan, execute, and evaluate marketing for SignOnDemand across our 14 European markets. You'll work as part of the marketing team, helping plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns in close collaboration with our Content Team, Country Managers, and Sales teams. About the role

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll help coordinate and support marketing activities across all our markets — working with both digital and traditional marketing, and helping us understand what's working and how to improve it. Your work will include:

Planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across our European markets

Working with Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, paid social, and other digital channels

Planning and coordinating physical marketing activities such as flyers, direct mail, and trade fairs

Working closely with the Content Team on campaigns, content, and marketing ideas

Working with Country Managers to understand local markets and identify opportunities

Analyzing campaign performance and using the results to improve future activities

Testing new ideas, channels, and approaches to grow customer acquisition and revenue

Helping track marketing spend and results

Keeping ongoing campaigns on schedule

Contributing ideas to our ongoing marketing activities

You won't be expected to do everything yourself — a big part of the role is bringing the right people together, keeping things moving, and making sure good ideas actually happen. Who are you? We're looking for someone curious, practical, and comfortable working with both people and numbers. You might have some hands-on experience in digital marketing, or you could be earlier in your career and looking for a chance to grow.
