About the Role

As our Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in improving sales productivity, delivery control, data quality, renewal governance, and margin visibility by centralizing operational administration. You'll support our Sales, Service, Finance, and HR teams by owning operational processes, maintaining data quality across our business systems, and ensuring administrative activities run consistently and efficiently — freeing up our Account Managers, Project Managers, Service Managers, Customer Success, and leadership teams to focus on customers, delivery, and growth. You will report to VP Operations and work closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership, Account Managers, Project Managers, Service leadership, and Finance. We're looking for someone who is highly structured, detail-oriented, persistent and proactive, service-minded, and comfortable holding others accountable to agreed processes — someone who naturally brings order to complexity and isn't afraid to challenge poor data quality.
