You will be part of a scrum team and will work closely with other software and hardware teams to ensure our mission-critical embedded systems meet stringent performance and reliability requirements. Our team operates using agile methodologies to foster collaboration, flexibility, and continuous improvement. As this role involves close collaboration with colleagues across software and hardware development, it is an on-site position based at our Västerås office, requiring regular presence on-site. Ethernet Communication: Design, integrate, enhance and fine-tune ethernet communication in embedded systems, including redundancy protocols such as IEC 62439-3 (PRP, HSR) and IEEE 802.1w (RSTP). Feature Development: Write, test, and maintain high-quality code for embedded systems. Automated Testing: Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure the reliability, correct functionality and performance of user-space applications. Apply virtualization and emulation techniques for testing. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, system architects, cyber security experts and QA teams, to deliver optimized solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, optimization techniques, and system configurations. Your background
