As Finance Manager, you will have overall responsibility for accounting and financial reporting across the Group. This is a central role within the organization, involving close collaboration with the CFO, management team, and colleagues in our international subsidiaries. You will be responsible for ensuring high quality in accounting, financial closings, and reporting while leading a high-performing finance team. Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Responsible for all accounting and reporting, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and external reports

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports and forecasts in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Serve as the primary internal expert on Swedish GAAP (K3), statutory reporting and local regulatory requirements. Develop, structure and maintain accounting department procedures and internal controls

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning

Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning

Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors and regulators

Stay up to date on accounting standards, regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices

Lead and develop the accounting team and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline workflows and increase efficiency. Personal Attributes
