This role oversees and coordinates marketing materials, campaigns, and tracking data to ensure the marketing function has full oversight of B2B and B2C marketing activities across the European sub-region. Plan and execute new marketing initiatives and campaigns across the European sub-region. Oversee the implementation of campaigns, track KPIs, and monitor effectiveness in collaboration with EMEA & Global teams. Adapt, streamline, and manage product, corporate messaging, and marketing materials across all channels. Act as a brand champion, ensuring content creation aligns with internal processes and brand guidelines. Support consumer events and programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage marketing collateral registration and approval processes. Assist in budget allocation for special projects/campaigns and track spending. Maintain marketing tools and databases, ensuring efficient document management. About You. Minimum 4 years in marketing, communications, or campaign marketing. Experience in digital marketing, product lifecycle management, and working in international matrix organizations is a plus. Skills:

Experience in content personalization and marketing performance management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
