As a Customer Experience Representative, you will manage your own customer portfolio and work closely with the Account team. Your work includes handling orders, delivery schedules, preparing quotations, coordinating supply chain activities, and ensuring customers receive a positive experience. In addition, you will join Customer Experience colleagues across the Nordic region while being based in Sweden. This is a central role within the sales organization, offering the opportunity to build a broad network internally and with customers. This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 9 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
