In this role, you will ensure that manufacturing processes, equipment, and technical capabilities meet current and future business needs. You will drive reliability, efficiency, and performance of production equipment while fostering continuous improvement and supporting operational excellence. Safety, quality, and sustainability will be key priorities across all sites and projects. Coordinate and align engineering and maintenance practices across sites to ensure consistent standards and support business and production requirements. • Lead investment execution within engineering and maintenance, ensuring structured planning and follow-up of technical projects and equipment upgrades. Contribute to the development and implementation of manufacturing engineering strategies to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance product quality. Champion health and safety standards and ensure compliance in all maintenance and engineering activities. Lead digitalization and automation efforts within manufacturing engineering, including systems for maintenance planning and performance tracking. Compile and manage CAPEX related to equipment, maintenance, and engineering development, including participation in budget cycles. Establish and monitor KPIs for equipment efficiency, reliability, maintenance performance, and cost to drive improvements. Your Background

Proven experience in global manufacturing operations or large-scale production management. Solid understanding of safety regulations, compliance standards, and quality management systems. Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Ability to lead digitalization initiatives and manage information systems effectively.
