We are looking for a Team Leader / Supervisor for a construction project in Boden, Sweden. Contracts and terms

Contract: 10 months, with the possibility of extension

Role

As a Team Leader / Supervisor, you work under the responsibility of the site manager and lead a team of workers on the construction site. Follow the daily production plan together with the site manager. Ensure that daily goals are met or report deviations. Plan and ensure the need for materials, equipment and resources. Allocate tasks and ensure that the team understands their responsibilities. Support and guide workers directly on the job site when needed. Ensure that health, safety, quality and environmental rules are followed. Check the quality and conformity of the work performed. Report problems, risks or delays to the site manager. Requirements and qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, construction, masonry, formwork, reinforcement or similar area is required. Experience as a Team Leader, supervisor, foreman or similar role is required. Ability to organize workers, allocate tasks, and follow daily goals. CAP/BEP Building or equivalent education is an advantage.
