Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and implement the category strategy incl spend & supplier base analysis, risk & compliance assessment, and regular executive report-out for decision alignment. • Work closely with the management, business stakeholders, and the procurement team to develop and implement roadmaps to achieve assigned cost saving targets and department KPIs. • Conduct market benchmarking and analyze market trend to identify sourcing opportunities as well as cost saving opportunities. • Manage the E2E procurement operational flow including sourcing, terms and conditions negotiation, PO creation, supplier payment follow up, and contract management etc. • Develop and maintain procurement related processes to secure influence in the upstream decision making. • Manage the suppliers performance for compliance, quality, and on time delivery. • Continuous improvement initiative to implement cost-reduction and process-improvement activities. • Support the team with other assignment if required.
