Monitor services and respond to operational events. Resolve user and infrastructure incidents with structured troubleshooting. Maintain identities, devices and standard cloud services. Automate routine checks and administrative tasks. Document fixes, known errors and operating procedures. Support changes, patching and recovery tests. What you will bring

Education or early experience in IT operations, support or networking. Understanding of TCP IP, identity and cloud fundamentals. Interest in PowerShell, Python or another scripting language. Careful communication and willingness to document learning. Professional English; Swedish is useful for user support. Experience that would add value

Microsoft 365 or Azure administration. Home laboratory, internship or relevant certification. Monitoring, endpoint management or network support. A background that can succeed here
