As a Local ITM & Continuous Improvement Leader at Hitachi Energy in Figeholm, you will play a key role in driving sustainable improvements and change initiatives across the factory’s entire value chain. You will work closely with factory management and cross-functional teams to turn strategy into practical actions, strengthen daily management, and help create a culture where continuous improvement is a natural part of how the business operates. Work with factory management and cross-functional teams to develop and implement Strategy Deployment, Operations Center/Obeya, KPIs, and improvement plans. Improve daily management, Factory Standard Work, and an integrated improvement management system. Create, lead, and follow up on improvement projects and ensure results are sustained over time. Train, coach, and develop employees and leaders in ITM tools, methods, and problem-solving techniques to build local capability and ownership. Report directly to the Factory Manager and play a key role in supporting the management team with strategy execution, business development, and continuous improvement. Your Background

Proven experience in Continuous Improvement, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with 5+ years being an advantage. Documented success in leading change management initiatives and driving engagement across teams and functions. Excellent communication, coaching, and training skills, with the ability to inspire and develop others. Structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate strategy and KPIs into practical actions and measurable business results. More About Us
