You are responsible for competence planning and execution, which includes coaching your team to continuously improve business performance. You will also oversee resource planning. Provide insight and develop priorities for engineering tasks, while ensuring that quality and delivery goals are met. Set priority of tasks and ensure that our complex products meet set quality standards and legal requirements. You will be reporting to the bushing engineering manager, and together establish engineering standards, support continuous improvement activities and manage budgetary controls. University degree in Engineering or relevant discipline

Previous experience from Engineering or R&D
