Corporate Chef top of page Corporate Chef Dubai, UAE Dives Holding Dives Holding is looking for an experienced and dynamic Corporate Chef to join our team in Dubai and provide culinary leadership across our growing portfolio of restaurants. Key Responsibilities Lead pre-opening and opening support for new projects. Conduct regular Culinary/BOH audits across existing outlets. Develop and improve menus and recipes in line with brand standards. Ensure recipe standardization and accurate food costing . Monitor food quality, portion control and wastage . Develop, implement and maintain Kitchen SOPs and operational standards . Assess Head Chefs and culinary teams , providing coaching and training where required. Review kitchen layouts, workflow and equipment requirements for new projects. Follow up on corrective actions and ensure audit findings are properly addressed. Travel internationally when required to support and oversee our outlets . What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Corporate Chef / Group Chef / Executive Chef within a multi-outlet restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of menu development, food costing, kitchen operations and culinary standards preferrable with Turkish cuisine . Excellent leadership, training and team development skills. Strong understanding of BOH audits, SOP implementation and operational controls. Experience with pre-opening and restaurant openings . Willingness to travel internationally when required.
